Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Drydo, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent payment experience for all our users. Our refund policy is designed to handle cancellations and service failures in a fair and automated manner through our payment partner, Razorpay.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Driver Cancellations: If a driver cancels a confirmed booking, the user is entitled to a full refund of any advance paid.
  • Payment Failures: If an amount is debited from your account but the booking is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded.
  • Valid User Cancellations: As per our cancellation windows (24 hours for self-drive, before driver assignment for cabs), eligible cancellations will receive a refund as per platform guidelines.

3. Refund Process

All eligible refunds are processed automatically by Drydo through Razorpay. You do not need to initiate a manual request for automated cancellations.

Timeline: Once a refund is initiated, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days to reflect in your original payment method (bank account, credit/debt card, or wallet).

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Cancellations made after the free-cancellation window.
  • No-show by the user at the time of pickup.
  • Termination of a trip mid-way due to user violation of terms.
