1. Introduction

Welcome to Drydo, an application operated by Rentswale Ventures Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of the Drydo User, Driver, and Partner applications (collectively, the "App") and the services provided, including cab booking, self-drive car rentals, and carpooling. By registering, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration and KYC

2.1. To use Drydo services, you must create an account using your mobile number and verified OTP.

2.2. Mandatory KYC: For the safety and security of all users, mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) is required. You must submit valid government-issued ID (such as Aadhar or PAN) and a valid Driving License (for self-drive rentals and drivers/partners).

2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

3. Services Provided

3.1. Cab Booking: Connecting riders with independent verified drivers for one-way, round-trip, or airport transfer services.

3.2. Self-Drive Rentals: Renting vehicles for personal use. The user must hold a valid driver's license and follow all traffic laws. Before and after the trip, users must take and upload photos of the vehicle to verify its condition.

3.3. Carpooling: Connecting verified users traveling on the same route to share costs. Carpooling is meant for cost-sharing, not for commercial profit by the vehicle owner.

4. Payments and Billing

4.1. All payments are securely processed through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay.

4.2. Users can pay via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or internal wallets.

4.3. Tolls, parking fees, and state taxes incurred during the trip (unless explicitly stated as included) are the responsibility of the user.

5. User Conduct and Restrictions

5.1. You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5.2. Smoking, consuming alcohol, or carrying illegal substances inside any Drydo booked vehicle or self-drive car is strictly prohibited.

5.3. Any damage caused to a self-drive vehicle or cab due to user negligence will result in damage charges billed directly to the user.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1. Cab & Carpool Cancellations: You may cancel a ride without penalty before the driver is assigned or within the specified free-cancellation window. Late cancellations may attract a cancellation fee.

6.2. Self-Drive Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the booking start time will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a deduction as per platform guidelines.

6.3. Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund (due to driver cancellation, payment failure, or valid user cancellation), the refund amount will be processed automatically. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method (bank account, card, or wallet) via Razorpay.

7. Limitation of Liability

Drydo acts strictly as a technology platform connecting users with transport providers. We are not a transport operator. While we mandate KYC for safety, Drydo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the conduct of users, drivers, or third-party service failures.
